Shipping Information

By purchasing an item from Naayswimwear, you agree that you have read and understood our shipping policy.

 

Exchange /Return policy:

 

As we are a slow fashion brand and produce a very small quantity of Swimwear at a time, we only accept returns within 10 business days. If the swimwear doesn’t fit and you have to send an item back, please do this within 10 days. We only accept returns of swimwear in brand new condition still containing the hygienic liner and price-tag. Please be careful while trying on the swimwear as we do not accept returns with make-up stains, perfume or soap smells. In case of any swimwear return that does not arrive back in our return conditions, you will not receive a refund and we will send the items back to you. If the item you want is still in stock, please place a new order.

 

Please Note: Do not send your item back to us, before contacting us via email. Returns without informiation and no email exchange will be returned back to sender.

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not available for SALE items.

 

Steps: Email contact@naayswimwear.com with your order number as the email subject. Tell us what you would like to return. Once approved via email, we will send you all the information you need for the return. Once the item is received and approved, we will refund you your money.

 

Broken Item:

 

If you receive a broken item, please contact us via email using the order number and your contact. Once approved through email, kindly send us the item to the return address, include your order number in the return package. After we receive and approve the broken item, we will refund you your money or send you a new piece if available. If the customer refuses to send the broken item back, we can offer only a partial refund.

 

Naayswimwear does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information is provided by Naay and the parcel was lost, the issue is out of our control. We recommend contacting Fedex/Mail carrier.

 

Orders are processed between 3-5 Business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
